Jeff was born on May 24, 1963 to Betty Sue and Jim. He was very much like his dad Jim, and Jeff also lived his entire life in Walsenburg, working the station with his Dad for the most part. He also did construction work and other side work helping many friends with various jobs and later, still helping take care of his Dad!

Jeff also spent countless hours gardening, fishing, hunting, arrowhead hunting & enjoying the outdoors and living the good life with his family and friends. He loved to play the lottery and was always known as the "life of the party."

Jeff was known very well around the community and he will be missed tremendously by so many. He is survived by his loving brothers, sisters and spouses; Kelly (Roy) Ellsworth, Gary (Sherry) Correnti, Melissa (Michael) Garcia, Christopher (Ashley) Correnti, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Jeff was met in heaven by his Mom, Betty Sue Duran and grandparents Louie and Ruby Galvez.

James Jeffry "Jeff" Correnti passed away unexpectedly on October 9 and the very next day, October 10th, our father James Wallace Correnti passed away. They were extremely close and life would have been so lonely without one another. We believe they are together in heaven, fishing for all the big ones that got away.

Cremation has taken place and a family celebration of life and burial will be held at a later date.
