A very special and beautiful soul left the world on Monday, July 31, 2017 at 7:55 am.
Dolores Vigil-Valdez is survived by her husband, Claude Valdez; daughter and son-in-law, Sandy and Richard Pacheco/ and grandkikds, Hannah, Jesse, Dalton, and Lacey; and sisters, Bea (Armond) Romero, Lindy (Jerry) Garcia, Hellen (Lawrence) Trujillo, and many nephews and nieces.
You were there for us as long as we can remember. We will forever cherish every life lesson learned from you along with every memory we have of you. We'll miss all your phone calls throughout the day or calling you when anything eventful happened in our lives. We'll miss your sweet voice and joking around with you. Rest easy with Jackie and give him hugs for all of us. We'll forever miss you more than anything could ever describe. You were our rock. Rosary followed by a memorial service is being held on Thursday, Aug 3, 2017 at 1:00 pm at St. Mary Catholic Church, Walsenburg, CO.
